Syler starts Kindergarten

Yesterday when I was dropping Syler off at school he said, "Mom I really like school, but I am sorry I don't get to spend as much time with you."

He is so cute, I love him so much! Syler and I spent a lot of years together just the two of us, and we have a very special relationship. We have been through some very hard things together and I feel like he has taken care of me as much as I have taken care of him. It is hard letting him go into the world with other people influencing his life so much!
    Thankfully he has been going to school for a month now and he has LOVED everyday of it! He goes every Monday and Wednesday and it seems to be the perfect amount. He comes home singing some song, or saying some rhyme about how to do a letter. I have to say I am glad he loves it so much, otherwise I don't think I would have the heart to make him go.

Laiken seems to be enjoying the time we are spending together just the two of us, but he is excited everyday to go and pick him up. They really love eachother!
