Bear Hunting

Bear hunting has become a full out addiction around here. It is Laikens go to activity every single day. The other day Laiken was at the babysitters for an hour while I helped at Sylers school and when I picked him up he was using the little girls princess hair dryer as his gun, I'm not sure that babysitter will have us back...

We use to as a motivator for Laiken all day long to, if he wont get dressed we tell him he needs to put on his hunting clothes, if he wont eat we make it into our bear hunting game... we now permanently refer to corn pops as bear rocks.

Somedays we are super lucky and Syler is home to go bear hunting with us. Then it becomes a grand game with camp fires, forts, and berry picking...the whole deal. Those are my favorite days! The days where I wish I could freeze time and live in forever. The days that I try to soak up every little detail.

 I love watching them play together! Listening to them laugh!!

Being their mom is pretty sweet on those days!

Sylers Birthday Party

This year Syler really wanted to have a friends birthday party, so we planned a little party and some games and had his closest friends over. It was nothing special, but they loved it! This was Sylers first "friends" party.
