These pictures are pretty much Laiken in a nut shell. We have had an interesting couple of months with him. Laiken is my manic child, because he can be so sweet, happy and kind but then he can be such a grumpy turkey sometimes. We are all working on helping the sweeter kinder Laiken come out more often.
He started Sunbeams this year, he likes it enough, but we have had so many problems with his teacher. She talks to us after almost every week after class, complaining about something. And after all that I actually don't know what he is doing that is so wrong, except of course the one time that he head butted her. That was bad! But other than that I swear he is just a normal 3 year old boy.
It has definitely made me more sensitive to his behaviors though. We put him in playschool on Fridays, and I went and met with the teacher to make sure everything is going okay and that he is behaving himself. When I told her about the issues we were having at church she said she had a hard time believing them. She said he is such a good boy in playschool, he shares, and listens. He has a lot of energy but she seems to really enjoy him.
Dahlin says Laiken is just like me, and maybe he is a little.
We both can be a little grumpy, but we can also be sweet as honey.
