Fairmont Lake

Dahlin somehow came across this Fairmont ski Lake online and arranged so that we could go and stay there for 10 days. It is kinda a weird senerio, this guy built the lake in a gravel pit with the intention of developing a bunch of lots and selling them but along the way he ran out of money. So the lake is all done but there are no services so he has been unable to sell it and now it is in foreclosure. So we went and hung out. This place is literally Dahlins dream come true. It's in the most beautiful location tucked away in the mountains, there is never anyone else on the lake and it is almost always glass. If it wasn't so expensive I am 100% sure we would own it by now.

The boys were also in heaven, the lake is set up so that there is the skiing lake and then a little kids pond right beside it. That way the kids don't have to worry about the boat and there is a little water trampoline in there and Sy could kayake around. The only negative about the whole thing was that the water was very cold. So he boys and I didn't actually get in as much as we normally would have. But the boys had so much fun regardless! Syler said he would like to live there always!
Here are a few pictures from the first two days.
