This year we got spoiled with a big family over night trip to Calgary. Everyone got to stay at the Sheraton over night and go water sliding. Then we went to the cross iron mills shopping the next day. It was super fun! The kids all loved the water sliding and could have done it forever! Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling good the first day so I mostly just watched the water sliding and headed to bed early. Shopping is always a little bit of an adventure, Dahlin really is not good at it! We completely failed our family challenge, but we did succeed in not killing each other, and when it was all said and done we left still loving each other. Which I consider a win.
It was a great end to a great Christmas!!!
